4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • If a service fails or is not delivered, the amount will be refunded to your panel wallet only, not to your bank account or original payment method.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to use SMMBix for:

  • Promoting illegal content (drugs, violence, hate speech, terrorism)

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading marketing

  • Selling fake reviews or impersonation
